The Quavers class offers a chance for mummies, daddies and babies to experience the joy of collaborative singing, rhythm and games, developing language with a repertoire of songs and rhymes, which focus on key areas of vocabulary. We encourage children to begin to explore their environment, initiate interaction with other children and develop their listening skills.
The targets for each term will be taken directly from the Crescendo Curriculum and will be achieved through group singing, active games, listening and sensory activities for babies and parents to experience together; for example, nursery rhymes with actions, parachute games, instruments and the ever popular song sack.
